Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Baltimore MD

Was able to get my issue fixed but while the plumber was at my home he stated he saw other issues that was on WSSC, this company never contacted WSSC to let them know about these issues, which they are suppose to. Tried calling leaving countless voicemails, nobody's answering or calling back.

Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

I contacted ACE Plumbing for a faucet repair. I texted for help and their responses were swift and exact. Joe provided the customer service. He was very helpful. You can tell through his texts he is professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with reasonable cost and an expectation if additional work was needed. Additional work was required at a reasonable cost.

Jeff provided the customer experience. He updated me on his arrival, he arrived a few minutes early, and started working immediately. It was like he was not even there. He focused on his work. He offered feedback on some minor issues he discovered. I appreciate the feedback because it allows me to be proactive. Workmanship is great!

I had john from len the plumber in my home today to check out my heating and air conditioning the service he provided was top notch he was very informative about our hvac system and was respectful of our home he was as professional as can be through out his visit i will definitely use them again i rate their services a 10/10

Efram was excellent. Two other people had tried to address the plumbing issue with my shower. He was able to diagnose, explain and resolve the problem. The plumbing issue was very involved. Efram had an immediate handle of what the problem was and efficiently resolve it. He was also friendly, polite and explained exactly what needed to be done. I called this business based on the positive reviews and I am so glad I did! The service was amazing, the plumbers were very polite and responsive to all my questions. The price was fair and the work was done in a few days. I highly recommend Rich, he was very professional!!

James was definitely a knowledgeable person. He thoroughoy explained everything that was going on. He did a great professional job! I highly recommend him!!

I called and they came within 15 minutes, figured out the problem, and then unclogged the sewer drain. Took about 2 1/2 hours and cost about $500. No muss, no fuss, maybe a bit expensive, but this doesn't happen every day here, so I have no idea of the going rate.
Not really complaining, I wasn't about to mess with a clogged sewer line, and they came fast and fixed the problem.

Tech was nice and knowledgeable. I called at 8pm, he arrived by 9pm, was done work before 10pm. My only issue was the high cost of the service, but I guess you get what you pay for!

Very friendly and quick to respond. Explained what the issue was, how he would fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. Was very knowledgeable and took time to really show me what the problem was. I will definitely call him again for any future repairs.
