Last night, by tub was filling up with quite a bit of water during a shower. I tried to fix the problem myself, but could not. I called Catons and they were very easy to schedule an appointment with the next day. The gentleman who came out to assist me, Bruce, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He solved my problem very quickly and was very helpful. Great service!

Everything went smoothly from the initial call to the final handshake after the job was done.Vicki at the office got us an appointment within the next few business days, provided the up-front estimate, and answered my husband's initial questions patiently.The plumber, Bruce J., replaced our water heater, the gas shutoff valve that leaked after the first time it was moved in 20 years, and did another small job. He worked efficiently and produced a quality product. He, too, was patient in answering my husband's questions, as well as providing some direction for how to handle a couple follow-on details. He left the work areas neat and clean.
