Joe and son came out to fix a boiler that was causing issues with shower heating. They made sure to check and recheck after each process to ensure the best possible work was being done at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure that the work being done was in my best interest, and the price was more than reasonable. Joe even taught me how to access my water shut off in case of an emergency. I plan to exclusively use this company going forward for any plumbing needs.

Dan is thee Man! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did not try to upsell me on any aspect of the job and offered a quality recommendation for next steps in repairing a broken underground pipe. 10/10 would recommend! Save yourself time and money by calling Dan!

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Roto Rooter (Annapolis) came out very quickly for a plumbing issue. The plumber, named Dama, was extremely helpful and informative. Camera guy, Nick, who came out for no extra charge, found an issue with our pipes further out that will need attention, but Dama was at least able to clear our clog. Thanks so much for getting us up and running!

Van was wonderful! I had a complicated leak behind drywall that he found and fixed when others could not. He was knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking, personable and on time. I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve used multiple plumbers and companies in past years, but never found one to stick with, until now. Mr Sawma was so professional and honest. He came on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the work perfectly the first time. He repaired some pipes and installed new pressure regulator and shut off valve. I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Nick's seriously the best! His thoroughness and accuracy are unmatched and he's the one I call (and the one I recommend to friends and family) when experiencing plumbing issues. I've also recommended him to friends for installation/design at their place of business.

You can count on Nick's Plumbing to get the job done right the first time, and to not suggest any unnecessary repairs. If he detects a small issue, a small issue is what he'll fix. If it's a larger project, he'll explain it all in a way that makes perfect sense so you know you're in good hands.
