I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

James was right on it when I need a deep clog cleared outs He put in a new pipe for better access if there were to be another clog. He explained things clearly and took care of it in a timely manner. I used him a second time to fix a simple sink leak he was in and out same day.

We had kitchen waste coming up in the basement utility sink. Daniel came, assessed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He also modified the kitchen drain pipe so it would be easier to access if cleaning the drain is needed again after a few years.

Father and son duo were wonderful to work with! Messaged them on Thumbtack at 4pm after having terrible luck with another more well known plumbing company and they were here within 30 minutes! Night and day difference! I struggled with the other company for 3 months! These guys got it right in one day! Both are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and are way more affordable than most! Excellent service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional! Replaced leaky water pipe in basement, installed a new heat pump system (A/C and heat), and performed a thorough duct cleaning for the entire house.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Nick's seriously the best! His thoroughness and accuracy are unmatched and he's the one I call (and the one I recommend to friends and family) when experiencing plumbing issues. I've also recommended him to friends for installation/design at their place of business.
