Some of the most knowledgeable, professional, and hard working contractors I’ve ever dealt with! Our water heater broke unexpectedly, leaving us without hot water or heat (aquatherm furnace) and they were able to come out right away to install a replacement at a reasonable price. They helped us navigate a complicated warranty replacement, an above-average complexity install, and went above and beyond at every step to make sure the job was done right...even going out of their way to secure a part in order to prevent the same issue from happening in the future! Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers. We'll definitely be using Stokes again when plumbing issues arise.

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

They repaired the leak in the plumbing; they weren't able to use the faucet kit I had, but they found a close enough kit to finish the installation.

Wow! What a great experience we had today with Frank's crew. Frank, (his son Sam, and crew just replaced my sewer line (which is a huge bummer when you just bought your house) with great care and really worked hard to avoid busting up my driveway (& succeeded). From the first call to the end, they were on-time, direct and clear in communicating what they could and could not do, and were super friendly as well. They only dug and ripped up the grass/landscaping they had to and left everything as clean as when they came. Frank is knowledgeable, pays attention to new developments in his industry and seems fair. I will gladly refer any friend to Frank Taciak and Sam Taciak.

Zach was very friendly and professional. He was up front with the cost and made an honest assessment of our initial issue (a wet spot in front of the bathroom - was not a leak - someone spilled water there - me!) which did not need the attention that we thought. He cleaned out our drains (our other issue) carefully and well, making sure he had a well-working tool. He actually had to buy another snaking machine, came back the next day with it and was done in 15 minutes. I really appreciated his candor. He was a very nice and knowledgeable young man! We just moved into our home and could not find the source of water in our basement. Not only was it very easy to schedule the appointment with Karen but she also gave me a call the day of our service to let us know our technician was running behind. Our technician, Brian, also told us when he was on his way. Brian did an amazing, thorough job and was honest and helpful. Brian even came back the following day when we were currently getting water in our basement and was able to detect the absolute cause/source of our issue. Definitely worth it to pay to have this done! Our experience with Brian was probably one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time!
