We had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink drain. David from Benjamin Franklin plumbing came to our home on Sunday to fix the problem. He called to confirm the time he would arrive and was very thorough in making sure the clog was completely cleared.

Horizion was very timely in arriving, diagnosing the problem and performing the work needed Technician Robert was very direct and honest about what needed to be done and what the costs were. Scheduling staff arr great and very flexible too! I will use Horizon again for any future home plumbing issues.

Brian came out and was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. When he was done, he marked the exact spot where the underground leak was believed to be.
