Daryl was punctual and kind. Great personality and didn’t panic when our dog 🐕 barked like crazy. Used calming voice and made friends with our dog. Identified the issue quickly with the running toilet and repaired quickly.

If I could give them no stars I would. I called ever hour for 8 hours on their emergency answering service line and got updates 6 times that they would be coming for my emergency
That night. At 2am the service said the man on call was in sykesville md and that he couldn’t come until 8am. No update hours and hours later and then when I called at 7am and their answering picked up again they said he was ON HIS WAY IN to the office and I would be the first one he would call. I called again hours later and was told no one could help me because I didn’t BUY my hot water heater from them or else they would have made an acception. Meaning, they would help someone who gave them previous business but not someone willing to pay an arm and a leg for EMERGENCY flooding in their basement for 12 hours. I could have made other arrangements hours and hours prior and was literally told that I was lying about what the answering service told me by the rude man who was not even willing to help me at all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! My husband works local radio and I will have him tell the same story to make sure everyone knows who couldn’t read this. Completely shocked that they couldn’t hear my situation and understand they needed to help someone in need with an emergency.

Horrible experience. If they call you back they will price gouge you even when they don't fix the problem. Read other reviews and know I was right if you dare work with them...

We had a major blockage in our kitchen sink drain pipe and the technician spent two days first trying the rooter and then eventually removing part of the pipe to clear it. He did a great job, came back the second time, didn’t make a mess, and was courteous. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.
