UPDATE: Stand up company! Gave us our money back and more. The tech that gave us the “quote” was dealt with and they ensured that it was not a representation of their company. They made good on their word. I will call for future service. Thanks!Called them to come out and look at the furnace in the basement. Told me that I was going to have to replace it--$4,000+. The tech performed some diagnostics and showed me some, rust. Got another person to come out to dx the furnace, pulled out a pin, cleaned it with a $1 bill and charged me $50 for coming to my house. Said the unit was fine and to keep cleaning the filters. Been working great since then--no problems and no need to replace the unit! Just saved myself $4000.

I have called on Mike's Plumbing throughout the years with various plumbing projects (i.e., sump pump repair, sump pump backup, new utility tube installation, replacing shower head.) Each time the technician was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Will always call on Mike's Plumbing in the future for any needs.

Armein and Chan (1074) came out to do some plumbing requirements around my house. They were professional, on time, polite, patient, with excellent attention to detail.

Plumber needed assistance with projects! Neither issue was resolved after leaving and now cannot get a response from anyone on how to resolve the situation.

KAM was the technician that came out to assist. He was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to successfully change out the shower cartridges. I would recommend this company again.

I would have liked to give 3.5 stars, but that wasn't an option. Summary: We feel when we are being billed for time, that time should be of importance, this technician was slow and seemingly unwilling to get to work quickly. He also changed the price when he forgot to do something that we had discussed prior to him starting the job.
More detail:
We have used perfect plumbing before with a positive experience, but this time we were not as impressed. What we needed done was fairly simple but we wanted to double check nothing else was wrong before we buttoned everything up again, and said that whatever we did in one bathroom we also wanted done in the second bathroom that is exactly the same so we didn't run into the same problem in there. We checked with the technician that came and he let us know what we should to do, which was fairly simple and straight forward as expected. He continued to talk about it not get to fixing the problem right away, once he got to work he talked us into changing faucets because he couldn't figure out how to get the one we had back on. He realized the same issue was going to occur with the faucet he had as well, then said the only way to get it back on was to rip into the wall and hold the pipe, which he did. When he was done he told us how much the call was, then we reminded him to do the same fix in the other bathroom (he only ended up needing to do some caulking) and then the price changed. Before he started we told him we wanted both bathrooms looked at and fixed - so the price change was frustrating and annoying.
