Best Water Filtration in Baltimore MD

I don’t say this about many companies. Rota Rooter been called on twice. Both times courteous staff. Same day service/which is unheard of during these times. Thank you Mohammed and Daekwn !

Gilmer arrived on time, and proceeded to perform inspection, letting me know what he was doing and showing me how reading on furnace compared to manufacturer's guidelines. Very professional and courteous.

I called Roto-Rooter with a leak and they were there within the hour. Min took care of me and did not leave until the job was done. I am very happy I went with Roto-Rooter and will be calling them with any problems I have in the future.

I had the absolute worst experience with this plumber - worse than any single contractor I’ve ever worked with. They will now not return my calls to make this right. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

First, both jobs I hired him for leak terribly. They were awful, incomplete, messy installations. The job was not done. I had a leaking toilet, for example - the guy just lifted it up, put on a new wax ring and called it a day. It still leaks. Another toilet he installed pours water into my bathroom.

In addition, he needed help along the way, which I should not have to do for a contractor, and ended up dropping the toilet on my foot and on 2 tiles that he chipped (see attached photos)

I have been calling and calling simply asking for someone to come finish the incomplete jobs, but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. They are ignoring my calls

Once I get a call back, I am more than happy to remove this post. Please call me back to make this right. It is outrageous that you would treat any client this way.

It is a pleasure to do business with a company the epitomizes excellent customer service and professional follow through as was shown by plumbing work done by Desmond of Roto-Rooter. His attention to detail and professional manner resulted in the job being done promptly and additional work that his survey showed would also need to be done soon was also completed. In all the service call was a great value with no hidden costs or additional charges to mar the overall feeling of satisfaction with a job well done. I would recommend this company and technician again.

Jimmy was great and informed me of what my issue was and completed the repair in a timely manner.
