I've been living with a running toilet for a month or more! Finally called Catons after doing some research. Jesse (Tech #2254) was very professional and friendly! He explained everything thoroughly and tested everything completely. He was even early to the scheduled appointment! I was extremely happy when the young lady from the office called and asked if it was okay if he can earlier than the scheduled appointment! I will definitely use Caton's again! And will definitely request Jesse!

Professional, fast, friendly, and excellent work.Made the problem go away !! I hate drain problems, but having it done this well and fast is Great!

Great service. Found and fixed our clog quickly. Pricey but worth it

We used Roto Rooter for sump pump replacement. They were onsite within 2 hours. John P. was very professional and knowledgeable.

After having them come out 3 time, my hot water heater still was not working. I took the time to diagnose it myself and fixed it myself, after paying them over $1000 to add things to my house that were not needed. I will never again use their services.

The first technician they sent out had never even seen a tankless water heater. I had to help him order a part .

Very unsatisfied with them. I feel robbed.
