He was able to complete all of the necessary work in a timely manner. He informed me up front about the top price for the work needed. He was able to comple the work at the lower price stated and didn't try to upcharge me or sell anything extra or unnecessary. He was very friendly and explained all of the work that he was doing as he was doing it. Rohming, the plumber did an excellent job for us on a very short notice. We needed our kitchen sink garbage disposal unit replaced and a new water filter faucet installed. He explained how he will approach the job as we had a very small under sink area opening. He ensured that the new plumbing work allowed a good access to the area and opened up new area for storage. He cleaned up the area after he was done and tested the whole installation to our satisfaction. He did tell me that he has been with the company for over 10 years and took pride in his work and the company. When we asked about the warranty about the work, he explained the warranty period and assured that his install will not require any post install call or would not have any problem.
