Called at 430 pm on a Friday evening and was able come out within a hour. I had a back up that was an ugly situation. Fast response and completed the job so that we were able to use the toliet.

From the initial phone call to schedule our appointment, their service was friendly and accommodating. Michael came to our home to repair a clogged sink. Turns out we had a more complicated issue preventing him from snaking our pipes. He explained that this issue could require extensive work to repair that could cost us hundreds if not more to fix. He got to work and got creative. He retrieved the item in the pipe without needed to do the extensive work that we were anticipating and then fixed the clog that was causing the back up. He saved us a TON of money. At the end of his service he educated me on a chemical-free way to maintain clean pipes. I will be recommending Michael and Son to all of our neighbors, family and friends!!

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Brian and Sam did an excellent job, efficient and high quality! I've had several plumbers I over the last 20 years (this is the fifth time I've replaced the water heater), and this was the first time I was told me it was my water softener that was causing the water heater to fail early.
