A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

A/C unit was dead when I got home from work, but I didn’t make the connection for a few hours. Finally realized our fan stopped spinning and called horizon right away. They had someone out to assess the problem within a few hours. The 24 hour technicians are great in an emergency! Definitely recommend!

We could not be happier with Prime's service, speed, knowledge, and pricing. Last year, Prime installed a new water heater for us and the work speed and price were far better than any other plumber could offer.Recently, we had a problem with water leaking into our home. Mike and his team came to work on a drain that no one has been able to unclog. They spent the time needed to figure out what the real problem was and didn’t just show up and spend 5 minutes and tell me that it either couldn’t be fixed or try and upsell some other services. They even noticed some small work that a previous plumber did wrong and addressed it at no extra charge. Truly a class act.

Garbage business. Horrible phone presence. Couldn't even email a quote for a water heater. Maybe the secretary was offended by my questioning the verbal quote. Well she lost the business for them and I will also be reporting the unprofessionalism to Home Depot since they now have to find me a new plumber.

Just go somewhere else. These guys can't even get out of their own front door...
