Ty is beyond awesome. He is courteous, efficient, knowledgable and above all HONEST! He replaced our water heater that was leaking all over our entry-level floor. His attention to detail ensures that the task is done thoroughly. He responds promptly to your inquiries and is extremely fair and transparent about what needs to be done and the cost. What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. The technician correctly identfied the problem and fixed it! I am extremely satisfied with this service!

Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.

The work is perfect, and he was on time, fast, and my basement was clean and tidy when he left. He has even helped us get our manufacturer’s warranty for the heater.

I called yesterday at 9am when my water heater broke. Within 10 minutes I had a quote and within an hour someone was on site to view the issue. This morning my new water heater was installed and any mess caused was cleaned up. Joseph was the guy on site all morning to do the replacement and was extremely professional and efficient.

I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.

We purchased a hot water heater through Home Depot. They sent Joe and Damond from D.W. Bahr out to us right away! They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I'd use them again!
