BW Plumbing was great! I had another company come out right before they did and I was told it was my hot water tank had burst and that was the reason why my first floor flooded. Sawma came out from BW plumbing and told me it wasn't my hot water tank that burst but it was a leak from inside the wall. Sure enough after cutting into the wall he found the leak! Jose Silva was the technician who came to inspect the problem we were having with our 16 year old A/C unit. He was prompt, professional and courteous. We have not worked with Horizon before but based on our interaction with Jose, they have our business to replace our old system with a new one.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
