We contacted Ace Plumbing when we found a damp spot on the wall in our basement closet that started growing mold. They booked us on their schedule right away, and arrived on time. We explained this problem and another minor leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Kevin was very professional and completed his investigation of the primary issue - it turned out a toilet on the main floor wasn’t sealed properly and was dripping water down the PVC pipe and then that dripped onto the dry wall. He used his time very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was very polite! We will definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs.

This guy is so nice and affordable! He shows up quickly and thoroughly explains everything. We had him show up to give an estimate about our water heater initially, and he didn’t charge for the estimate. We haven’t moved forward with that project yet (it’s a preventative issue, not a pressing issue), but a couple months later when we found out that we couldn’t get our new dishwasher installed without some updated plumbing under our sink, I knew exactly who I wanted to call! He showed up the next day to take a look, and since he didn’t have another appointment till 3, he fixed it right then. He tried to give me a discount, but I paid him the full amount because it was nice to have someone be so affordable and fast in the first place. Anyways, hire this guy. He’s worth it.

The worst plumbing service ever. I called them based on the reviews. One guy picked up the phone and said they would have a plumber between 12-4 pm. Called them twice since then. They rudely replied they will send one when they have one. Are you serious. I called a 24 hr service for a reason. Patiently we wait for them to atleast call back and let us know if they are ever going to send one so that we can call others. But no. No one called. No even showed up. Stuck with no water. DoYour self a favor and don t call them.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
