5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

My garden faucet needed to be replaced, and another garden hose was stuck. I heard stories of pipes getting burst because of cold weather. I was nervous and called BW Plumbing. Sawma explained detailed what needed to be done as though it was his property. Not being a handyman without agitation, he explained several times and showed me how important it is to winterize faucets in winter. The price was reasonable, and they didn't charge me for the stuck garden hose. Sawma is polite and down to earth. I called the Metcalf emergency number the evening before and they said they would see about sending someone out the next day if they have time. The next morning around 0900 Metcalf texted me that Mike Munson was on his way out. Not only did he fix several leaks in a bathroom remodel project I was attempting, but he showed me some tips of the trade for plumbing and his recommendations in future endeavors. Not only was Mike professional and showed up promptly, but he was very kind spoken and works with the customer - he also had proper COVID-19 protection and was very careful. Replaced water heaterHad called several companies for bids on water heater replacement. I had remembered our neighbors having some work being done by Horizon and had seen their service van in their driveway which generated my call. While Horizon was the last to be called they were the first to respond - same day and in hours. They had the greatest sense of urgency to address my needs. Tim was excellent !! After my conversation with him there was no question who was going to replace our water heater. He also did a thorough safety inspection and found there was also an issue with our sump pump. Recommended that it also be replaced and provided us with 5 quotes on the various options. Special kudos to Tim for doing such a great job and gaining and enthusiastic customer for your firm !!
