I truly appreciate this young man for his speedy service. He answered when I called. When I explained to him the issues I was experiencing he knew exactly what I was relaying and came right out after he completed his job. I am happy to have been able to receive service from him. Thank you Ty!!!!

Joe and his sons are not only good plumbers but sterling people. They arrive when they say they will, inform the customer of the problem and how they will fix it, and then work efficiently to solve the problem. They charge a fair price and make a conscientious effort to rearrange their schedules in cases of emergencies. I am always grateful for their work and their friendships. I feel lucky to know this family.

We had a very clogged toilet. Trey came out and was very transparent. He explained what he was looking for and what he was doing. Got the clog cleared out and flushed a few times (even with TP) to make sure it was clear. I'm not docking a star for him. The star docking is that I received a call that my technician would be 30-45 minutes, and was given one tech's name. An hour later we had a different tech and another 20 minute wait. I don't love the switcheroo and more time without being warned. Otherwise, it was very professional and got the job done, with no issues with the service. I've never had to call a plumber before, but the price seemed reasonable.

Had Phil out to clean out a drain and was super and professional. thorough work and cleaned up nicely. The lady who answered the phone and did the scheduling was also fantastic. recommend.

I needed my dishwasher installed within a short timeframe. Rob and Jason came out the next day and did an AMAZING job. They were efficient, friendly and now have a customer for life.

Vince answered every time I called. He maintaned great communication with me at all times. Sonny & Mark came in the door , dignoed the problem, remoeved the old toilet with little mess, installed the new toilet, tested it out, and cleaned up their mess. They were able to come with little notice, and they gave a price on the spot or before hand. No henning and hawing. Their prices won't give you a heart attack.

James was right on it when I need a deep clog cleared outs He put in a new pipe for better access if there were to be another clog. He explained things clearly and took care of it in a timely manner. I used him a second time to fix a simple sink leak he was in and out same day.

Mr. Liana got back to me immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. This was not an emergency. The price was half of what I received from a larger plumbing company. Great job. Top quality.

Van Tech #3628 arrived at the time that was told by the office and before he started working he explained what he thought the problem was. He quoted us a price and he then started his repairs. After checking to see if he had the parts for the repair he made the necessary repairs and then proceeded to check the toilet over to make sure everything else was ok. He made a few ajustments to help with the toilet while waiting to see if the repairs that he made to the inside of the toilet fixed our problem which it did he then made one last adjustment to the toilet and then he was done. Van was very friendly, helpful and very good at what he was doing. He also gave us another price for a job that we needed done on a shower drain which we will address whenever we decide on taking care of this problem. All in all Roto Rooter gave us a start window which they met and the job was completed in a timely manner. Roto Rooter therefore gets a 5 star rating from us for the work done and arriving on time to start the project. Thanks Roto Rooter and Van

Can clean my main sewer line.very professional and Fair price.

What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
