Brian (owner) and his team were fantastic. We had a piece in need of replacement on our hot water heater and Brian and Sam came the very next morning. They were clean (wore booties inside), professional, and knowledgeable. I watched them inspect the issue and it was clear we actually needed a new tank-- they did not put any pressure on me and explained their findings in a very factual way. We have a well, so they shared what model would work best so that we would get a longer value than the 8yo one the previous homeowners installed.

Brian sent me all the info in writing to review (plus a video all about the model of water heater he was recommending that comes with a lifetime warranty!). His pricing was also fair. After we accepted, his team (Sam and Joe) came the following morning to install the new tank. Clean, efficient, professional, and registered the product for me (and I'm quite capable- it was just an extra level of service they provide). Joe also fixed a faucet with poor pressure (and explained how he did it and why it happened). Brian came by later to verify his team's work and to ensure I was satisfied. Aside from the contracted job, he taught me about my water setup (a well is new for me) and walked me through why a shower valve isn't working properly (which I can fix myself).

Overall, it was a wonderful experience (and I've met a lot of contractors over the last year who did very poor quality work). 10/10 would recommend this team again!

Scam company. Always ask for an itemized invoice. Technician came by Saturday morning at around 10 am and I get an itemized invoice (which I specifically requested) stating after hours service fee. The total invoice is also $75 more than what the technician said I would get charged. Technician was great though

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

garbage work. came out late, wasted 3 hours waiting for them. Didn't do the install right and wouldn't refund me my money or come back to fix it. Ended up paying even more because I Had to hire another group to come out and get the job fixed. Will never call again. save your time and money by moving on to someone else. all those good reviews they have are probably fake
