We had a gas leak and had the gas company come out and found it. They found the leak in an elbow joint where it connects to the water heater and turned the gas off to it. Tyree was notified and he came out to our house in an hour!! His communication was great and kept us updated on his ETA and was very kind and professional! We showed him where the leak was and he did the soap test and found another leak along the pipe as well. He had it repaired in 30 minutes and turned the gas back on to make sure it wasn’t leaking after. I would highly recommend Tyree at T.L. Back Plumbing for any of your plumbing repairs!!!

Make sure you ask them ALL pricing details before they do a thing. The tech told me that the fee to diagnose the leak would be $240. We found the problem. So, I had a small leaking pipe replaced which literally took minutes and the technician hits a button for the job on his tablet and an additional $395 was added to the bill for the job. I spoke to the tech and 2 managers that can't explain pricing in detail, but only keep telling me that was the charge for the job. And they go onto say that they have expensive tools and bring everything to the job, etc. So, the total bill was $635 to cut drywall out (to diagnose) and to cut a 16 piece of pipe and walking to the truck to grab a new pipe and fittings and to replace the pipe... about 10 minutes of work after diagnosing. SMH. Ask for ALL PRICES upfront . The managers told me that techs are not savvy of pricing hence not being able to explain the price that appears on their computer. That seems odd to me since they are dealing with the customer and pricing. I left all conversations not fully clear on $635 worth of plumbing for very little labor/materials...

Called Liana today 9/12/20: He arrived less than an hour, after finishing up another job. He is very prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced. He is at the top of my list, if I ever need plumbing services. Thanks Angela

Justin and his team are the best. Since moving in, I've been having sewer issues causing both of our toilets to clog. Justin's team was able to come out in a timely fashion. They inspected all of my plumbing and cleared clogs that I didn't even know existed (Like my bathroom sink!).

We called Metcalf on a Monday, the owner came out a day later and gave me a fair quote with honest recommendations. Scheduled the work for Thursday (2 days later) but they could accommodated it even sooner. Metcalf gave me a two hour window and they arrived 5 minutes into that window with text message notifications ahead of time and were done on-time. I really appreciate that they adhered to that schedule. They didn't disturb my family with too much noise. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up the site when they were done and all-in-all I'm really pleased with the work.

The number might be wrong. When calling I was told this was a stripclub that specialices in plus size women strippers they are call plumbers is what I was told. Can someone tell me if this is true very interested in attending the stripclub

I recently bought a home and when I turned the shower on in the guest bathroom, the water continued to come out of the faucet and trickled out of the shower head. Frank came highly recommended from our neighborhood FB page and he was great to work with and reasonably priced. He worked within my schedule and worked around me having other home repairs done that day. The updated fixtures he provided are great quality and matched the shower head I bought really well!
