So, I've had my fair share of subpar experiences with contracted work over the last 6 months (while prepping my house to be sold). TL Back Plumbing has been the greatest exception to that rule. Ty has not only become my only choice in plumbing, but has now become my families primary plumber as well. His work is superb, and his demeanor is a testament to the true meaning of Customer Service. He was adamant about explaining the plumbing details and genuinely tries to provide the most cost effective experience...without skimping on craftsmanship. Through the learning process of establishing worthy primary contractors, TL back plumbing been the best choice by far. I'm confident to recommend him for ANY plumbing job and proud to call him a friend.

Response with 6 hours. Repaired a toilet clog in15 minutes. Response was good, technician was very good, cost and company procedures were very poor. Cost after about 20% adjustment was $377.00 or approximately $1500/hr. Problem repeated within 2 weeks and Len the Plumber refused to stand behind their work. Would never use again.

Mr. Liana has been great to work with. He is easy to schedule with and communicative. He is knowledgeable about what our options are. For instance, he recommended we do nothing for a small shower handle leak (I appreciate someone who recommends what’s best for us, rather than trying to push for a project we’re better off without). The work he has done for us has been prompt, fairly priced, and well done. Highly recommend!

Returned home after working a 12 hour shift to find 🌊 seeping under my garage door. Once inside my entire downstairs was flooded & water shooting out of my utility room, everything was soaked 👕👖👟👒👗🛍...including me, as I turned off the main water valve😭🤬I called Roto-Rooter's emergency service to diagnose & dry out my home & rcvd an appt immediately (10am - 2pm window).Kam arrived at my home at 11am. He detected the leak, diagnosed the source, & was doing the repair pretty much all at the same time Afterwards, he ensured my water pressure was good on all the faucets 🙏👌Kam, I can't thank you enough & hope...no, I know that you'll continue your legacy of customer satisfaction, timeliness, & outstanding work ethic 🤝!

Have used Hardy for years. They are responsive, fairly priced, and they get the job done the first time. The owner takes great pride in his company and the work they do. Highly recommend!

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

He was pleasant and professional, was on time, worked quickly and made me feel like I was in excellent hands. I definitely recommend this company based on my experience with a water heater install 2 years ago and now the sump pump upgrade.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

As a new homeowner I was afraid to call a plumber. A friend recommended L J Plumbing and I am so happy she did. I had a leak in the kitchen and they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly. While he was here I mentioned another issue with a utility sink. I was told I needed a new sink but he said I only needed a part. He had the part of his truck and I got 2 plumbing issues fixed. If needed, I will be calling L J Plumbing again !

I discovered late one night that my indoor HVAC was leaking water. I called around to a few different companies and horizon was the only one I could get to come out (others quoted me weeks out!) They had a great answering service that took my information after hours so I could rest easy knowing it would be taken care of. The technician Michael showed up the very next day and fixed everything, as well as installed an extra safety measure to avoid this in the future! Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. I will definitely think of Horizon FIRST should any future issues arise!

I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

Frank came to our house to install a laundry tub and a hose connection for the back of the house. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. Super easy to communicate with, and did quality work. Will definitely be calling him again the next time I need a plumber!

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
