Had the floorers here installing flooring and needed a plumber to disassemble the bathroom sink and reassemble it. Called Len the Plumber and they had plumber to my residence within an hour. We had a small leak in our ceiling that was coming from the upstairs bathroom so we called Liana to come check it out. He came over about 2 hrs later and It only took him a couple of minutes to show us that something in the shower was not caulked properly and was causing the leak downstairs. He recommended we just caulk it on our own and didn't charge us for anything, not even a quick service call. He was honest and professional and we will definitely call him for any plumbing services in the future.

You can’t imagine what it’s like to wake up and have sewage covering your entire basement. We called a restoration cO and recommended Van Plumbing what a great decision he was incredible at everything we needed to have fixed This gentleman was good at every plumbing need and we needed everything he put in our new hot water tank all updated pipes our house is 50 years old we needed everything updated because it was sewage we had to replace subpump hot water tank he made a new design so it no longer sat on the floor we could clean under the tank. His pipe work was beautiful he had to put all and I do mean all new pipes. He was here when he said he would be here he was the quickest worker he never stopped. There are not enough words to say he took outdated subpump brought it up to 2023 with back ups pump a beeper that now goes off if the pump stops working. We are so up to date and protected with backup everything. He is a good man a hard worker he never stopped. It’s like God sent us an Angel do not hesitate to use theGentlemen he’s incredible.

Had 2 outside hose faucets and one under sink shut off valve replaced since they were 36 years old and needed replacing.
