That was no problem for Justin and his team; they took care of everything in a timely fashion. He was very transparent throughout the process, kept me up to date on a part that needed to be ordered, and was flexible with timing. His price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Hardy Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and family.

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.

I was very pleased with the service. The very friendly phone rep spent over 20 minutes on the phone answering my questions (Had a somewhat unique hard to explain request) and sending me a tech. w/in the hour!
