I recently asked Stephen to help me with a total bathroom remodel. I live in a very old row home here in Baltimore, and the plumbing hadn't been updated in many years. They did a very nice job replacing our heat pump. Technicians were quick, responsive, and professional. The new system is working great. Only knock is they left behind a some scrap tin, screws, pipe, insulation that we had to clean up afterwards

I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

I had the pleasure of having Michael and his apprentice, Damien help me with a clogged pipe. My four year old had shoved a wash rag down my bathtub drain, causing a blockage. Michael and Damien came out first thing in the morning. They arrived at the time that they told they would and got straight to work. They even helped by taking it upon themselves to do some additional maintenance work that needed to be done at no extra cost to me! They gave me a very fair estimate at the completion of the job. I would definitely recommend this company and will save their number for any future jobs that may arise.

I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling the entire process. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Shout out to Steve Sharp for his very patient & knowledgeable assistance, as well as Lexi & Jeannie in the office for all the communication & kindness. If we have an opportunity to use them again, we certainly will.

A.J. Michaels was recommended to me by a neighbor who had a good experience with them. They installed a new replacement heat and A/C unit in my condo and they did a fantastic job. SLS SERVICES IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE. My mother who is on a fixed income paid SLS Services for a new furnace and a chimney liner. For months, she was unable to get Justin Turner nor his assistant Fritz on the phone. She left messages and texts. NO REPLY. I decided to gently reach out to Justin and Fritz and again more of the run around. I was told several times by Fritz that he would get out to us the past weeks and DID NOT. BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
