Great service

Like many over this past Christmas weekend. We had a busted water pipe due to the cold weather. I placed a call and with in minutes spoke with Ty and set up a time to get my pipe repaired and water back in our home. The response time(less than 24 hrs), honesty, and professionalism was top notch. I’ve finally found a plumber I can trust! Wish I’d of found this company years ago. They showed up as promised, on time and got the job done!

Our sewer line backed up and they responded quickly, getting a technician out to us within 1.5 hrs. They were polite, highly professional, and realistic. We will definitely be calling them again the next time we need a plumber.

When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. Justin and his team are the best. Since moving in, I've been having sewer issues causing both of our toilets to clog. Justin's team was able to come out in a timely fashion. They inspected all of my plumbing and cleared clogs that I didn't even know existed (Like my bathroom sink!).

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. They have been very well recommended and have been a family owned and operated business. When my father retired the 5 brothers took over the business. Thomas and Jeff started a Butler Plumbing in Florida when they relocated. David Butler retired.The company today is still that way with two of My Brothers running it Lonnie and Mark Butler.
