The gentleman was polite and worked very hard to unclog the pipes under my trailer. It took him several hours and he was working just as hard as the end as in the beginning. He also cleaned up after himself.

I had SJT out for a sink leak recently so when my HVAC was leaking I was glad to use them again! Super fast turn around to get my issue resolved. Shane was kind, helpful, and explained everything that he was seeing and doing. Highly recommend!

Not only great same day service, but our awesome repairman was at our in less than 3 hours from the time we called! He was able to diagnose and repair multiple issues and when he discovered a complex repair, ordered the parts and scheduled us for first thing in the morning, to make sure that we were taken care of. Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

Our AC stopped working and within 12 hours (overnight) I had an appointment scheduled and Larry arrived and had fixed the unit and had the cold air blowing again. Working with Tom Keller and his team was great! I had a situation where I had hired another company to finish my unfinished basement. This was completed in summer 2019 but I was just recently contacted by my county's inspector that inspections were never done for my basement. Well, during inspection, I found out that a plumbing permit was never submitted for a half-bathroom that was put in. I tried contacting the company that finished my basement but no one called me back. Getting desperate, I decided to contact several different plumbers in my area to see if they would look at my bathroom and submit a permit. Some plumbers were unwilling to submit a permit for someone else's work, but Tom listened to my story and agreed to take a look. He not only came and submitted a permit, but his team also created a deflecto vent to vent out the air out of the house. The plumbing inspector came and passed all plumbing issues. Tom and his team were prompt, very professional, and they really came through for me. Thank you Keller Plumbing!!

The company was able to dispatch a technician the same day as our water heater failed; Justin arrived on time and was very helpful describing the problem and letting us know our options. Installation was made as soon as a unit was available with minimal disruption to our household. Justin is courteous, amiable, and a pleasure to work with. The office staff, in particular Deborah, went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered and all our needs met. I wouldn't hesitate to call Supreme again.

My a/c unit went up, I called to have someone come out for an estimate on a new system and they told me it would be 3-4 weeks before someone could get out to give an estimate!

The old metal pipes in my living room ceiling were leaking. Also, pipes under my second floor shower were leaking. Some pipes in my upstairs bathroom had to be rerouted. My house is about 75 yrs old. A. J. Michaels send plumbers out as well as a carpenter. It was a labor intensive job and they were working in my house for several days. I do not see any more leaks so I assume my plumbing has been fixed. The problem is that when they were finished I had a mess of dust to clean up.

My nice wooden floors were covered with dust and it took me several days to vacuum and mop. I am 76 years old and I just had surgery so not only was this a hardship but my wooden floors still look dusty.

The plumbers did lay some plastic over some of my things and put some paper on my wooden floor. And I moved many items out of the way. But the carpenter was not so careful. The carpenter did some drilling and sanding and I do not think he bothered to cover the floors on the first or second floor in the area he worked in. The paper covering my floor the first day either was moved or after several days got pulled up before the carpenter finished and no other effort was made to cover my floor and that's why there was so much dust.
