Joe has been doing work for me since 2010, he is an excellent plumber. His work is always impeccable. He is honest, fair and hard working. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Mike Munson has serviced our home twice for gas pipe leaks and has provided excellent service! He is professional, timely, clean (wears booties), and trustworthy. He provided good quotes and both times the job required a little more work than expected and we weren't charged more than the quote. I trust he does thorough and quality work as if he's doing it in his own home. We will continue to use Metcalf Plumbling for all of our plumbing needs!

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

I called one of the bigger companies that couldn't come over for a week, but when I contacted LJ Butler, they sent someone right away to inspect the problem. After I returned from Home Depot where I bought the new device, the man returned to complete the job - all in one day and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company. A+

I wish i had the same experience with this company as others. My assigned time was 2-6. I waited 2:30-6:00. I did not receive a call to say they would be late. No technician came to my house. At 6:13 a technician called me that was extremely apologetic and helpful. He said that the original technician had to cancel and he was just now reassigned the job. He understood that I had to leave so he said someone would call me to reschedule. No one called. I called to reschedule and the woman on the phone was accusatory and rude so i asked to speak to a manager. The manager then said that since i asked for a three hour window instead of a four hour window, it caused the technician to be 10 minutes late. Which is the opposite of what the technician said the night before. The manager was speaking over me and getting too animated on the phone so i decided to cut ties and go with a different company. I hope my experience was an outlier.
