Joe has been doing work for me since 2010, he is an excellent plumber. His work is always impeccable. He is honest, fair and hard working. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I was given the run around for three days. They kept saying the Plumber would be out but he/she never showed. After the third day they stopped answering and wouldn’t return calls.

David was very professional and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do., answering any questions and all questions i had.

Quickly solved my issue. Plumber was very professional, and their work has held up over time.

I had a simple repair on my thermostat that was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Sounds great, until it stopped working an hour after the technician left. I called and was told the earliest they could come back out to fix what they broke was the next day from 6p-midnight. The same technician calls me the following day and has an attitude, so I tell him don't bother coming. I call the main office only to have my call disconnected. I call again and finally reach a helpful person. I asked for a refund and didn't get it, which is fine. But I hope this message convinces you not to do business with this company.

Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers. We'll definitely be using Stokes again when plumbing issues arise.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

I know that the Butler Plumbing Company has been around for many many years Started By My father Lionel Butler and his brother Brice Butler. They have been very well recommended and have been a family owned and operated business. When my father retired the 5 brothers took over the business. Thomas and Jeff started a Butler Plumbing in Florida when they relocated. David Butler retired.The company today is still that way with two of My Brothers running it Lonnie and Mark Butler. I have had work done and have recommended them as well to others. They are timely,thorough reasonable,

An absolutely horrid company. First they gave a 4 hour window, waited till it was halfway in, and canceled. Then they asked if it would be ok to come out between and 8 and 10pm. 6 weeks later they replaced my faucet with cheap ill fitting parts to save some money, and it still doesn’t work. They also stole the old parts to sell for scrap. Don’t give these clowns a penny. Their own tech tried to replace the faucet with an identical one, but their management made him pick cheaper stuff to save money. Absolutely unethical buffoons.
