I had a great experience with Chris Burton. He showed up on time. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Went the extra mile to clean up the water leak mess! Very courteous. Extremely satisfied with service.

Stephen J Tant Plumbing was great. They came out next day immediately knew what the problem was. They were able to fix it and were both clean and professional the entire time would absolutely use again.

Excellent honest service. I was quoted 678 from other repair service I found online he said he needed a part so may be a couple days. After waiting 2 days I decided to call Michael & Sons to see if they could come sooner. They got me in the same day and Antonio Noel was the technician he was in and out in no time and diagnosed the problem which was only a dirty sensor. Charged me 89 bucks for service call and gone. Amazing this guy saved me 600 bucks compared to the crook that came before him. Thank you Michael & Sons will do business again

Wow, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised working with Steven. He was amazing!! He was very fast in replying to my messages and was patient with me and my business partner. I love the fact that I could text him and he would reply almost immediately ( Im a millennial and talking on the phone is the last resort). We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property and he was able to fix it the next day!!! He replaced the toilet and tub in a few hours. The work looked great and all for a reasonable rate...Most importantly unlike other contractors who leave a mess after they are done, Steven did not! You would not have believed a contractor had been there. He is fair with his prices and does not price gouge. I highly recommend you calling him if you need plumbing work.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

Tony and Aubery did a fantastic job! They diagnosed the leak and explained it thoroughly. The price was reasonable, considering it was not a pleasant task, but they did not complain or make me feel guilty for missing annual plumbing maintenance. Lee Brothers plumbing is fantastic! They are very responsive, professional, they arrived ahead of time and were prepared to do the job, completing the job the same day. Livingston, the owner, is great. He kept me apprised of the entire process. Russell, Ty and Jasmine are superior workers. They are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. I will call them for any future plumbing repairs and installs. I would recommend them to everyone.

Working with Tom Keller and his team was great! I had a situation where I had hired another company to finish my unfinished basement. This was completed in summer 2019 but I was just recently contacted by my county's inspector that inspections were never done for my basement. Well, during inspection, I found out that a plumbing permit was never submitted for a half-bathroom that was put in. I tried contacting the company that finished my basement but no one called me back. Getting desperate, I decided to contact several different plumbers in my area to see if they would look at my bathroom and submit a permit. Some plumbers were unwilling to submit a permit for someone else's work, but Tom listened to my story and agreed to take a look. He not only came and submitted a permit, but his team also created a deflecto vent to vent out the air out of the house. The plumbing inspector came and passed all plumbing issues. Tom and his team were prompt, very professional, and they really came through for me. Thank you Keller Plumbing!!

A/C went out on Sunday night. Messaged Supreme Monday morning and the Tech, Zach was out the before 10AM. Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions completely. Very pleased with Supremes service!

We had our hot water heater replaced. Edwin, I believe, was the name of the plumber/technician, was excellent. The crew arrived on time, worked tirelessly to complete the job and was professional and friendly. We were impressed and very satisfied with our service and would recommend BMC highly.

I called chesapeake due to my water heater going up. They were extremely professional on the phone, got to my house to get me a quote the same day. The following day they came out to replace it for me. Everyone was so knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if we need any other services.

Technician was at my home for less than an hour and I was billed for an hour and 30 minutes. Call the owner in the morning. Going to get a second estimate as well. Very pricey.
