I called the Metcalf emergency number the evening before and they said they would see about sending someone out the next day if they have time. The next morning around 0900 Metcalf texted me that Mike Munson was on his way out. Not only did he fix several leaks in a bathroom remodel project I was attempting, but he showed me some tips of the trade for plumbing and his recommendations in future endeavors. Not only was Mike professional and showed up promptly, but he was very kind spoken and works with the customer - he also had proper COVID-19 protection and was very careful. A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

He PATIENTLY cooperated completing an exceptionally detailed and frustrating online questionnaire obtaining authorization from my home warranty company.This allowed me to recoup via reimbursement all but my $60 copay of the total charges. He is personable and easygoing, but works quickly, effectively and professionally. He is a Master Plumber and it is obvious.
