Chris the technician was great and very informative he completed his work in 20 minutes cleaning the kitchen drain pipe which was kluged with oil food and grease. I recommend theses guys they are awesome

James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom. Stefanski plumbing was top notch, professional, and prompt to help fix out major plumbing issues in our home. Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. We will definably use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

Finally - a company that doesn't just talk the talk of customer service, they walk the walk. Human beings from beginning to end. I called with a non-emergency issue and was given an appointment window between 9 and 12 the following morning. At 11:30 I was about to check on things when I received a call from Mike's explaining that the first job ran into extra time, the paperwork was being done and the tech would arrive within the hour. Twenty minutes later the owner called to let me know Will was on his way. When he arrived I explained the situation and he gave me 4 options - the last was to do nothing that day but to think about the other 3 options. Will explained what caused my problem and how the toilets differed. I made my choice and both toilets were installed the same afternoon. AND he cleaned up after himself. I am recommending this company, and Will, to friends whether they currently need a plumbing service or not. And in the fall, Will is coming back to replace my water heater. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the young lady (Amy, I believe) who handles the phones and Will who explained, answered questions and did the work so very well. CALL THEM!

T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. It is my experience that you get the bare minimum in such sub-contracted work. NOT SO WITH THESE TWO GENTLEMEN! They cleared leaves in my unit and washed it down and checked with gauges pressure and coolant levels and topped off. It is the nature of our yards that there is not much room to move. These guys found nothing to be a problem and offered their insight and suggestions as to what to expect from my older compressor and how to lengthen it’s life. I will definitely keep these guys and T&D Plumbing in my contacts!

The technician from Roto-Rooter was polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He was able to fix both. clogged drains. Very happy with the outcome. However - my only concern - and the reason why I didn’t give a 5 - is because the price is expensive and also rather nebulous. To be clear, fixing one drain is $623 according to their rate card, which is just ridiculous. While I negotiated a price for both drains that I could accept as reasonable, it seems like pricing is quite a game, and someone else might have just said ok to what was quoted.

Just had the gas hooked up to our new stove, and the gentleman who came out was friendly, professional, and efficient. Even with running back to the shop for an adapter, the whole job only took about 90 minutes start to finish (we live in Towson). Very reasonable prices, excellent service, great with dogs - I highly recommend Gambrill's, and will use them again in the future!
