My family and I just moved into a new home and the previous owner shut the water off. We didn't notice this until the night before and we had a cleaning company coming by the next morning and needed the water on so they could work.I called Roto-Rooter and they were professional with me all the way from the phone call to the actual plumber who showed up to my home. They were honest with me up front by letting me know how long it would take for a plumber to come out to our home and they'd call me throughout the waiting period to give me an update.When the plumber arrived, he was also very professional. His name was Vura and all in one night he got my water turned one, fixed my low pressure water sink in the master bathroom, and fixed the leak to my water heater. He was speedy with these fixes as he was at my home all of 20 minutes and fixed all my major issues.

This guy had all the tools he needed to hit me in the spot I needed. Other guys had smaller tools that just didn’t reach the spot I needed them to reach. They say that bigger isn’t necessarily better. But in this case bigger was exactly what I needed. He hit the spot and it blew my mind compared to the competition with the smaller tools.
