I can not say enough positive things Caton and my great Tech Bruce (#2171). I had been dealing with running hot water for 3 days. I called Caton and they were able to send Bruce out that day. They kept in contact with me so that I would know when he would arrive. He came in and accessed my problem. He was very honest about what he could do and the approximate cost. So in the beginning of the NorEastern that we just went thru, Bruce came to my home and stayed until the problem was fixed. He made sure he discussed the pricing with me again and was amazing. I told him not to worry about cleaning up and he just chuckled and cleaned and wiped down everything. Caton Plumbing and Bruce are definitely the Go To Team. Thank you Caton Plumbing. We called Caton's after arriving home to a water bubble in our ceiling. Lal (tech #2765) arrived within 2 hours. He was courteous, kind and explained everything to us. He helped us figure out what caused the water bubble - it was our kids filling the tub up too much and water leaked out. When we arrived home to the water bubble we feared the worst. However, everything in the ceiling was completely dry.. the drywall, plywood, wood, etc.. it was all dry. If ever we need service again, I will definitely call Caton's and will also recommend Lal (tech # 2765) to everyone! Thanks Caton's!

We had a gas leak so we called Roto-Rooter . They came within an hour and sent out Purcell. Purcell was very professional and knowledgeable . He fixed everything in a sufficient amount of time and reviewed all of the work with my husband. He made our experience a pleasant one.
