Efrain is the second plumber sent out from Catons. The first did not listen to me explaining the problem. Efrain did listen and now my plumbing problem is going to be corrected. I will only ask for Efrain in the future. He always goes above and beyond.

My mom called at 8:00 one evening to say her laundry tub was filled with water that wouldn't drain. I managed to unstop the plug but knew a long term solution was needed. I saw that Roto-Rooter had four of five stars and suggested mom call them. The appointment was arranged quickly and the technician arrived on time as promised. I have to say that this technician, Jimmy (1256), is the most polite and considerate serviceman I have met in a while. I felt like he was talking to his own mom, not mine. He explained the situation to us, told us what he could do and estimated how much it would cost. Several hours later, everything was finished and the work area cleaned. I consider the price well within the normal range for this service. I am very satisfied and would recommend Roto-Rooter, and especially Jimmy to others.
