A service technician from Len the Plumber was dispatched the same day to my house. Rich arrived right when the scheduler indicated and was professional and polite. I had a minor leak from my bathtub that I made worse through personal repairs. Rich listened to my story and passed no judgement on my handiwork. He outlined three possible repairs starting with the lowest cost option to the most expensive. He didn't push for the most expensive and patiently attempted to get the cheapest option to work (which he was successful in doing). Rich also made certain to apply available discounts to further lower the cost. Would definitely use Len the Plumber again.

Came in, fixed leaks, installed garbage disposal & dishwasher, were quick & kept disruptions to a bare minimum. Couldn't have gone better, they did a great job!

My landlord reached out on my behalf to have the furnace repaired. I appreciated the tracker to follow the driver’s estimated time of arrival. The repair person came on time and was friendly and professionally. I’m leaving four stars, not because the service wasn’t quality but because the repair person was unable to complete the service as he had to order a part to fix the issue. I’m sure I can update this review to five stars after the furnace is finally fixed.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Our water heater needed to be replaced after 20 years. L.J. Plumbing was recommended by Perry Hall Heating and Air and we are so happy they told us about them! Wes Butler and his dad
were awesome! I called on Tuesday afternoon. Our old water heater was a big tank, but Wes was able to find the new one despite shortage of water heater tanks (our size) due to the pandemic. They were at the house the next day. Everything went smooth! Also fixed our toilet. Highly recommend!!

Kirk and his helper arrived on time and cleared a clogged drain that had flooded our kitchen by way of the washing machine. Kirk was very informative, he surely knows his business , and went beyond the call to be serviced.... not sure I understood all the extras he did but they were needed. He cut the drain hose to size it was to tall, and replaced the drain pipe that had cracked and broken at no extra cost. They were so courteous and friendly and of course cleaned up after, couldn't tell they had been here. I find it rude and unprofessional for Sean the one that was smoking outside and drinking his Powerade that's provided by the company disposes of his bottle in my parking space. There was a trash can right there! They also left a Bge meter or something that they removed in my front yard instead of taking it as they did the other things. They left the old ac inside cover in the yard as well. Careless and unprofessional for such an expensive job I expected better. Sean, Rico and I don't know the other guys name, bad business for having me to clean up after you.Update a customer service representative contacted me and addressed my concerns, she was sincerely apologetic about my experience. I appreciate that customer service is very important.

My experiences with the Lee Brothers Contracting team have been phenomenal. They responded day of to my issue and had folks in repairing by the next day. Matt, Joe, Derek, Tony, and Mr. Lee have all been very respectful and professional. They have quickly become my go to plumbers!
