Best Commercial Water Heater in Baltimore MD

I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

Efram was excellent. Two other people had tried to address the plumbing issue with my shower. He was able to diagnose, explain and resolve the problem. The plumbing issue was very involved. Efram had an immediate handle of what the problem was and efficiently resolve it. He was also friendly, polite and explained exactly what needed to be done. They were great. Didnt take more than 10 minutes for them to figure out what was going on with my water line. They explained everything in detail to me, as well. Would highly recommend using these guys.

I had a a stopped up toilet, the representative came by on time a fixed the problem. He arrived on time and did charge for the visit. I will keep him future projects.

We have been using Metcalf for the past 3 years on various plumbing issues. They are always professional and do a phenomenal job on resolving our issues. Today they were able to replace our old gas shut off valve so we could install a new dryer. We will never go anywhere else for our business.

Russell came out the same day I called and resolved my issues within 15 minutes. Additionally, he educated me on avoiding the same issue with my dishwasher in the future.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

This is the worst most unprofessional company. The ladies that answer the phones are very nice and polite but that’s where the professionalism ends. My appt. was 8-12 pm but they arrived at 3:25 pm. The worker that came to my house seemed lazy and acted like things weren’t covered under my policy (but I knew the were).

Called to have them return for a repair that wasn’t done correctly. Manager/owner got nasty and smart and refused to send someone out (had to call my insurance even though the item was still under their warranty).

Bottom line, I would avoid this company at all cost especially because they don’t want to stand behind their work. Years ago I had a worker come out from this company and he was great; but now I have nothing good to say about these recent workers.
