Justin did a fantastic job with installing the rough in plumbing for the toilet and faucet in our basement half bath as well as replacing the main water valve to our house and the outdoor hose bibs. Justin offered an extremely fair price and was very responsive. His work on our plumbing looks very clean and neat. Autumn in Customer Service was delightful to speak with scheduling my appointment. David sent me a text when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. David investigated why I didn't have water. He did his diagnostic checks inside and outside at my well. He explained everything he was doing and why. It turns out I needed a new water pump. David was very professional, articulate and knowledgeable about his craft. Some technicians you can't wait for them to get out of your house, I didn't feel that way today. It was a pleasure to have him work on my plumbing issue. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to everyone with a plumbing problem.

There was a slow leak in my hot water heating system. I called Mr. Sawma for an estimate. He came to my house later that day and examined the problem. He dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.

Wow, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised working with Steven. He was amazing!! He was very fast in replying to my messages and was patient with me and my business partner. I love the fact that I could text him and he would reply almost immediately ( Im a millennial and talking on the phone is the last resort). We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property and he was able to fix it the next day!!! He replaced the toilet and tub in a few hours. The work looked great and all for a reasonable rate...Most importantly unlike other contractors who leave a mess after they are done, Steven did not! You would not have believed a contractor had been there. He is fair with his prices and does not price gouge. I highly recommend you calling him if you need plumbing work.

Sunday morning I discovered the pipe leading out of the hot water heater was leaking, spraying water in the basement. I called and spoke to Metccalf, the person I spoke to was able to direct me where to turn the water off to the water heater to stop the leak. As promised, we received a call shortly after 7:30am. Due to a cancellation we were able to get an 8-8:30am window. Crew arrived minutes before 8:00, and were able to repair the leak. The cost was very reasonable given the current economy. I would definitely use Metcalf again.

Made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed. Then nobody showed up to perform the work and did not even call to follow-up. Not recommended.
