After having a new toilet installed by a company who obviously spends quite a bit on their marketing and advertising, I realized that their tech had not secured the toilet tightly (which can lead to major problems down the line). Great Company.....very responsive! The service technician Lal #2765 came out and couldn't find the problem.....because Howard County had shut the water off! I still have standing water in my front yard and Lal gave me a good contact # to call. Also....they didn't charge me for the visit. This is my new plumbing company!!

Prompt arrival on the early end of the projected arrival time window. The service technician that showed up was professional and courteous, and thoroughly explained all educated suspicions and suggested work. The service technician conducted a number of tests to try to narrow the possible causes. The service technician was able to replace a faulty condensate pump after a trip to pick up the part. I was also provided with a referral to someone who could suggest some restoration work, should I decide to pursue that.

I would highly recommend this guy. If you are looking for someone who is nice and will give you an affordable estimate and do a good job, call him. I just had a leaking pipe fixed in my front yard. Called rotor rooter this morning at around 9:45 as busy as these guys were, I was able to get an appointment same day.
Anyway the plumber's name was Chuck, great guy did a good job and cleaned up behind himself.... I'll always request Chuck on my jobs.

What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
