We thought that our water heater had some sort of malfunction and called them the night something was going wrong. They weren't able to get here until the next morning, and outside circumstances made the entire process fairly inconvenient. However, Khiangte was able to properly assess the situation and find that the real issue wasn't so dire and was able to fix it in the same visit, which does go a long way compared to other services that would charge for the inspection and then the next visits. Overall the service was efficient and Khiangte let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Very happy to have his help.

I do not typically write review, but Mike M is awesome. He arrived within the given time window. He even corrected mistake made by previous plumber. During this covid time, he wore mask and wiped down everything he touches in our home. James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom.
