I was very pleased with the service today. I called this AM, a technician was out in the early afternoon and the whole project was wrapped up by mid-day. Overall a positive experience and will look to use Catons again.

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

They have been very well recommended and have been a family owned and operated business. When my father retired the 5 brothers took over the business. We HIGHLY recommend Abbott Brothers! We had a small leak in our 18 year old water heater and called in the afternoon and Mike came out to check the water heater that afternoon after he finished a large sewer line replacement job! Mike and Dameon came with the new water heater the next morning at 8a and replaced it! We received messages that first evening for the timing and cost and that morning when they were in route! Excellent communication and very professional! Came exactly when they said they would be there. They took the time to explain the new parts that were being added (pan under water heater and how it works and new part for pressure due to new codes). Very fair prices, including labor cost.
