We just moved to our new home and the master shower was leaking through to the basement ceiling. The contractor who did the bathroom renovation and another contractor who i got a second opinion from both said get a new tub. Tyree came out and found 3 sources of the leak right away and sealed them all. He saved me over $1500 in getting our tub removed and a new one installed.

Repaired and replaced leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement bathroom post freeze at the end of December. Very efficient and were able to schedule an appointment in a couple days. Pipe has been leak free since the repair and replacement. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Shawn was timely, experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He couldn’t finish the job because the restoration teck wants to replace the tile floor before reattaching the toilet so he will need to return. The Nationwide adjuster was just here and stated my policy won’t cover the plumbing work AND based on his experience he felt it was over priced. NOT Shawn’s fault he was going by your book charges. This guys are phenomenal! Water heater failed catastrophically. They were over within hours after we called them, when everyone else wasn't available for DAYS. In and out within 3 hours exactly as predicted. Straight up pricing as predicted by their website - actually I think they came in a little under their website. Fast, Responsible, Professional, and EASY. Which is everything you want when your water heater catastrophically fails. They even checked on us a frw days later - incredibly kind. We WILL USE AGAIN.
