Kenny and Jacob were great. I had a clogged drain. They cleared the drain and installed a clean out. They thoroughly explained everything, they were courteous and they were finished in less than an hour.

Our water heater went out at 430 PM and they were able to replace it same day. Responsive, professional, they fixed us right up and answered all our questions. Definitely use them if you have a water heater issue.

James just finished replacing our main water line and snaking some of our drains. We had major concerns about the pre-existing plumbing in the house we just bought as first-time homeowners, due to very poor work by the previous owner. James inspected everything thoroughly, answered our endless questions, and helped put our minds at ease. He let us know what we needed to get repaired right away, and what we could wait to do a little later on. His work is super clean and efficient and the work areas were left in great condition. He also communicates every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about his work - we immediately referred him to our friends down the street for some work they need done! We’ve found our go-to plumber and we’re so happy we did!

Excellent job

Rohming, the plumber did an excellent job for us on a very short notice. We needed our kitchen sink garbage disposal unit replaced and a new water filter faucet installed. He explained how he will approach the job as we had a very small under sink area opening. He ensured that the new plumbing work allowed a good access to the area and opened up new area for storage. He cleaned up the area after he was done and tested the whole installation to our satisfaction. He did tell me that he has been with the company for over 10 years and took pride in his work and the company. When we asked about the warranty about the work, he explained the warranty period and assured that his install will not require any post install call or would not have any problem. I also thank Roto Rooter to quickly find Rohming for the same day service. I would definitely recommend Rohming and Roto Rooter for any plumbing job.

Van plumbing was responsive to our urgent outdoor drain issue, with an incoming thunderstorm! They were professional and efficient. The technician solved our issue quickly while detailing what the problem was. Highly recommend for any drain or plumbing needs!

He was prompt, professional, and happy to indulge my questions throughout the process. We hope to not need David's expertise again but if needed he will be our first call.
