Best A/C in Baltimore MD

Was able to get my issue fixed but while the plumber was at my home he stated he saw other issues that was on WSSC, this company never contacted WSSC to let them know about these issues, which they are suppose to. Tried calling leaving countless voicemails, nobody's answering or calling back.

Like many over this past Christmas weekend. We had a busted water pipe due to the cold weather. I placed a call and with in minutes spoke with Ty and set up a time to get my pipe repaired and water back in our home. The response time(less than 24 hrs), honesty, and professionalism was top notch. I’ve finally found a plumber I can trust! Wish I’d of found this company years ago. They showed up as promised, on time and got the job done!

Repaired and replaced leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement bathroom post freeze at the end of December. Very efficient and were able to schedule an appointment in a couple days. Pipe has been leak free since the repair and replacement. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Technician Sterling came to drain and clean the pipe underneath the toilet. He explained first how he was going to perform the test to find where the clog was. Then he ran the camera and snake down the pipe. He did it thoroughly and cleaned afterwards. He went an extra mile to examine another toilet to stabilize it with shims. Not only did he professionally get the job done, he also made an extra effort to help me out with other toilet issues. He is just awesome. Highly recommend.

James just finished replacing our main water line and snaking some of our drains. We had major concerns about the pre-existing plumbing in the house we just bought as first-time homeowners, due to very poor work by the previous owner. James inspected everything thoroughly, answered our endless questions, and helped put our minds at ease. He let us know what we needed to get repaired right away, and what we could wait to do a little later on. His work is super clean and efficient and the work areas were left in great condition. He also communicates every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about his work - we immediately referred him to our friends down the street for some work they need done! We’ve found our go-to plumber and we’re so happy we did!

Excellent job

I needed help with water filling up my utility sink and the main cause was a clog in my mainline. I made an appointment online easy and they were at my house same day. It's so nice having a company respond so quickly and give the option for evenings times/weekends.

The service was very timely. I had an emergency and got to the root of the problem. Payment was very simple and transparent. I would work with this company again if it was needed

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
