Couldnt br more satisfied with Chris Deal and Deal Plumbing!!! Water heater died overnight, contracted Chris at 10 am, and he had a new water heater installed and working by 3 PM. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very reasonably priced!!!! Did an absolutely awesome job on very short notice!!! On a scale of 1 to 10, he's an 11!!!!

Rude almost hostile attitude. Charged 500 dollars to check for a leak on my a/c. Then said it would take at least a month to get a new unit. I recommend calling any other HVAC company in town before these folks.

While repainting our bathroom we discovered the plumbing in our vanity was not up to code. We had Wellmann move our drain pipe from the floor into the wall. Despite running into several issues related to the design of our house and DIY mistakes from the prior owner of our house, Travis was able to get the pipe moved to the desired location in a reasonable amount of time. We called John Henry do to a heat pump issue. The office assistant was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever spoken to. She listened to my concern and was able to schedule someone to come out promptly and when it fit into my schedule. This also gave me confidence in their future work.

The heating and air guy came out as schedule (and I appreciated seeing how far out he was to plan and be ready when he arrived). One here he was friendly, professional and helpful informing me in what I needed. I felt like he listens to my concern and he called his supervisor on the spot to ensure he was able to help with my unique debacle.

His initial visit gave me piece of mind in future services and I’m glad they will be back out to finish working on my unit soon!

My household went 3 days without water. While the company claims are 24 hour service, it took 2 days for anyone to contact me and examine my issue. It took another 2 trips and another day to figure out how to handle a shower handle repair with a simple cartridge that needing replacing. Nice repair people, but not great service.

Tim was wonderful, even when he said some companies would just quick fix my problem, it would eventually fail again. He wouldn't leave until it was fixed the right way.
