1. Clean up debris removed from the sewer and do NOT leave it on the customer's floor. Other professionals have when calling in my home.
2. Do NOT tell the customer the plumbing can be used when the clean out plug hasn't been replaced in the pipe. This same man told my spouse we leave it that way intentionally. (Now my home is unable to use water-period)
3. Maintain your equipment so your crew doesn't have to waste my Monday for 2.5 hours waiting, only to have them break the equipment.
4. When your crew screws up, fix the issue IMMEDIATELY (not tomorrow) and apologize. Customer Service 101 to maintain your company and name.
Now we are at the same point as we were on Thursday, with a sewer line backing up.
Could not be happier with the product offering, attentiveness, service, the team and the whole experience. We have been customers for many years and would not go elsewhere.

We enjoyed our experience with Mark's Plumbing. They did a great job 👌 we would have them back for our plumbing jobs.
Mark's Plumbing came to fix our water heater. Got the job done. However, we are not happy with the charge. They charged us $497.78 for the job installed a pilot light assembly and thermo-coupled, replaced a gas regulatory. Can anyone believe this? The charge included the part that they did not replace (the valve). We had to call multiple times to get it removed. They did not even apologize for their mistake. I do not think that was an honest mistake. They just tried to rip us off. Even after removing that part, it still costs an arm and a leg ($368.34). Will never use their services again.
We had a few plumbing problems that Mark's crew came in and fixed. They worked efficiently and did a fantastic job at a fair price. We are completely satisfied.

Bailey was great- he looked at the issue, he listened to my description of it, and was able to fix it within the limitations that I had set. He was fast, had everything he needed. There wasn't any 'billing' pressure with having to pay on the spot without knowing what the potential cost would be. All in all, a great experience, and if you assist with kitchen renovations we'll be contacting you again at some point in the future.

fantastic plumber. gave competitive quote and did exactly what they said they would.
On 3/7/23 The driver in the company vehicle refused to get out of the passing lane and held up traffic as they were going 10 mi under the speed limit just to race up to 90 miles an hour to slow back down again repeatedly. I sincerely hope their service is better than their drivers.

Our water heater wasn't staying lit, and we needed a plumber right away. Mike and his men were fast and came out right away. They were friendly and professional. We would do business with them again.

So very important to us - Mark's Plumbing is DEPENDABLE, which we
value highly when it comes to hiring technicians to come into your home.
Two very responsible and curteous young men were to arrive at our house at 1 PM on a Friday, and there they were, right on time. They had
the job of removing 3 toilets, not just one, and installing 3 new ones to
replace them. It was one of those hot, hot, days that no one could
really wish to carry 3 items out of the house and 3 new items in, especially when one was downstairs! The young men carried on
so well, answered every question we had, and in good time left us
with beautifully installed toilets - everything we could have asked
for, and we feel very comfortable about our whole experience.

Mark's left my yard a total mess with 3 to 4 feet high dirt that will not settle they tore up my yard and and left a pile of dirt and concrete out front back home driver was the most unprofessional I have ever seen lots of smooth talking when dealing with this company

The worst company I found on my life , My shower was leaking I had asked them to fixing it , they came to check on it and they tried to open it about 30 minutes they didn't know even how to open it , they asked me to damaging the kitchen's area to see it from back side and will cost me more than 3000 $ I refused , so they left , I had Fixed for my self and cost me just 5$ , then I received a bill from them for 164 $ Just they came to see it and I been late to pay they charge me 40$ .

Just make sure you get the final price in writing before you agree on the work. I didnt and was sent another bill 5 months later for $300. Dont take this business by there word you will regret it. My fault for trusting them. They came back with sorry our tech didnt know what he is talking about and here is a small credit ($66). Nothing more could be done. Bad way to do business.

Mark's did an exceptional job with my full basement remodel, including two bathrooms and a laundry room, abandoning and rerouting many lines. Cade was my main plumber and I always had a great experience with him, he has an amazing selection of tunes and singing voice too. I couldn't have asked for better guys to do the job. They were flexible with my timeline, responsive and reasonably priced.

We had a small water leak that needed to be fixed before it became a bigger problem. My call was answered by a real person who was professional and listened to my concerns before offering a suggestion. Technician was scheduled the following day (worked best for us to wait a day). The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Master plumber also arrived to address additional concerns discovered while addressing leak. We will continue to use Mark's for all of our plumbing needs!
Failed to tell me of a trip charge (I live in the middle of Lincoln) and overcharged on labor and parts quoted. They do good work but will not be using them again in the future
Excellent service, professional and punctual!! But you pay for it and then some, $91/hour?! Whew! Plus a trip charge even if you pay for the work to be done. Reasonable to deal with but equally reputable plumbers for much less money.

My stool literally cracked. I have a bidet attached to my stool so the technician had to not only install a new stool but reattach the bidet. He also calked around the stool and gave me a color choice of caulk. Very personable and fast. This is the second time I've used Mark's and will always use them in the future.

Communication was excellent. Workers were great.
Mark's Plumbing gave us a detailed estimate. In the estimate, there was an indication that there could be a savings. I would normally consider that to be unlikely. The quality of the estimate was mirrored in the work.
When they completed the work, the invoice was significantly less than the estimate. We did some things to make their work easier to get to and do, which probably is the reason the invoice was significantly less.
If you have a project that includes other work, I would recommend that you contact Mark's Plumbing directly for the plumbing part of the project.

We have used Mark's on several occasions. Recently we had a hot water heater break. I emailed them at 6:00 in the morning and got an immediate response. By 7:15 I had an 8:30 appointment and my hot water heater being replaced. They are very responsive, punctual and show up when they say they will. These guys were great they replaced my water main from in the house out to the city main line in the street
Work was done well, on time, and very professionally.
The plumber that was supposed to handle my warranty not even call me back. 3 days later I call Mark’s and they were there within 1.5 hours! Got it fixed an hour later! Great service but what I really like is there text communication throughout the whole process. Hands down 5 stars!
Very professional outfit. They have someone dedicated to scheduling and customer calls which means you are always reaching a person and not a machine or voicemail. The plumbers are prompt, respectful, and good natured, not to mention knowledgeable and effective at what they do. I've hired marks for at least 3 separate projects and all have come in as bid and perfectly executed.

Had an issue with my water pressue being too high. Called a competitor they quoted 950 for a repair. Seemed crazy high so I called Marks they first out my mind at ease about the issue then let me know the probabable solution over the phone and scheduled a time to come out the next day. They actually called and asked if they could come early. They came quickly diagnosed and gave me a long term fix for the issue. Not only that they let me know the likely cause which their competitor said he had no idea.
Not only were they nice fast and efficient they cost less than half of what was quoted by their competitor. They have now earned my family's buissness for any time I have a plumbing need.

Had a slow draining clog in basement floor drain that was causing water to back up into the house. Plumber's showed up on time and worked until the issue was fixed. They were extremely respectful and kind through the entire process. They answered all of my questions and explained all the work so that I could understand. With all the trips up and down the stairs and working in the heat outside to get the problem fixed, they were absolutely professional! What a great reflection of the company!

I've been trying to fix my water heater I have switched everything out on it I could. so I called Mark's. Their person came looked at it gave me no new information and also couldn't figure out why the water heater wasn't working. They charged me $145 to have someone hang out with me for an hour and tell me to call Richmond water heaters they might be able to help so I'm spending $145 to be told to call a customer helpline. I understand a trip charge but this was too much
This company is great! We had an issue at one of our restaurants, they were on the spot in no time. I highly recommend them. We have rated them a 5 star in our vendor list!

Preventative Maintenance on the water heater. Flushed out the sediment and replaced the drain with one I built. Fast, clean, friendly service!
We've had them out for multiple issues this past year. They have always been so kind and courteous, as well as honest and professional. Being someone who knows very little about plumbing, they are very good at explaining what they are doing in layman's terms. My husband has a background in construction and has been pleased with their expertise and quality of work. We have been extremely satisfied in all they have done and will happily call them again if we have any other issues.
