If you want someone who shows up to their appointments, go elsewhere! They no-showed to appointments twice in 3 days with no communication on their part at all. If they want to reimburse me and my roommate for the two half-days of work we each missed, I will change the review, but I don't see that happening.

I called them based on my parents' recommendation. I was told they would call me back. By that evening, no call back and our sinks were overflowing. I called. Said they'd call me back. No call back. I called again & they said someone would be there in the a.m. No one showed this a.m. so I called and they said they'd call me back. No call back. I called again & was told I was on the schedule for tomorrow. I cancelled at that point.

Great work at a good price. Showed up on time & no surprises. Highly recommend

We had a pipe burst at 3:30ish on a Friday afternoon. We called and Matt (owner) and 2 of his guys showed up within a half hour and fixed our issued. They even cleaned the basement for us. This was our first time using them and we will continue to do so.

Five stars. Had them install a softener. Came in under quoted price. Was very pleased and would highly recommend

Nohavec Plumbing was involved in the original construction of our house and we've lived here for over 8 years. Since then, we've used them for every plumbing concern that we've had and always with favorable results. Recently, circumstances required intervention on the part of Matt and Elizabeth, and they worked quickly to ensure the issue was resolved properly and professionally, and to our complete satisfaction. Nohavec Plumbing is a caring local business that always wants to make things right and we will continue to use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Another contractor was replacing and upgrading a shower for us. They recommended Nohavec Plumbing who came on time and did good work. Very happy with that. To move a drain and put in a new shower valve they spent about an hour and a half (2 visits)....MAYBE 2 hours tops. Their rate is $116/hour. We were billed $425 for labor. I called and was told it was in error and reduced to $360. Still way more than the time they spent here. I was told they charge for drive time from the shop, and even though the second visit took a total of about 10 minutes....they charge for a full hour. $360 labor for about an hour and a half of work....pretty expensive....

I did not buy a service from them but did experience a friendly encounter with them at the gas station, very very friendly and customer service oriented. They cleaned my windshield on my car for me :)

I had a great experience with them. They installed the tub/shower in my Master bath. Me and my wife love it and its bigger than we had before which we didn't think was possible for the space. We are very happy with the workmanship and would refer them to anyone.

Came and looked at bath, took measurements then said they wouldn't bid. Waste of time

Bob Nohavec Plumbing was very professional, from the time I called in my service order to the time the job was completed. They showed within a timely manner and was very respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, definitely a five star service.

Frozen pipe blew out under my kitchen. I called first thing in the morning and they had a crew of two at my place in 20 minutes. Nice fellows diagnosed the problem in minutes and were done in less than an hour.

Got charged over $600 to put in a new facet for my bathtub. Called twice asking about what I was billed for in detail and never got a reply.

Great people at Bob Nohavec Plumbing

I live in a house that was built in 1899. Things have been tacked on here and there. Have outside water faucets etc that have needed attention also.. My uncle owned this house before me and Nohavec's always took good care of him, and for the 26 years I have been here, they have taken good care of me, And they have to go down a ladder into a litle tunnel like area to work on and plumbing related to the bathroom so they are brave and agile to do that. They were able to move my other
pipes away form the electric box to meet code for me and many things I can't even remember. Prices are reasonable, they can handle anything, always polite and professional. I could not get along without them

Don't bother if you don't have a project over 3k. I called and got Joyce. She replies with, Since the project is so small, why don't you email us a couple of pictures and we will get back to you. Sounds great! Pictures, email, sent. All December 6. I resend the email December 8th thinking maybe I did something wrong. December 12, six days later...i sent the email again. Here was the response, And I quote.

I AM SORRY FOR NOT RESPONDING BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY JOBS AT THIS TIME.

After 6 days I get a not so apologetic email back for some reason in ALL CAPITALS.
