Had a gas water heater replaced. Great, prompt work at a fraction of the price of several others companies.

I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot. They use these guys as their installers for appliances, so that is why I used them. The guy showed up (who was the owner's son) and talked through the whole job. While I don't care if someone makes small talk, it slowed him down considerably. The job ended up taking about twice as long. He was also talking about how he got fired from his last job, which was very unprofessional. After he left, the dish washer was not attached to the counter, so it would swing back and forth from the top. I called King and Sons to come out and fix it, which they did at no extra charge. The next guy came out and did what I thought was a good job, but I guess it was still poor. My dishwasher is still not attached to the counter and now slides out, which the dishes flying everywhere in the machine. I had to call someone else and pay them to fix the problem. Don't use them.

Amazing customer service! Showed up on time, finished quickly and prices are fair. New water heater installed! Quentin even took the time to check the water softener salt levels, and helped me reset my dishwasher! He picked up the water heater, delivered it, installed a new one, and hauled away the old one. Top notch! Highly recommend!

I bought a water heater from Lowe's two days ago, this company came out and told me they could not do the job because my water softener was in the way. Then they said they could do the job for an extra fee, which covered the water softener removal and installation. I needed a the water heater installed so I agreed with them. The next day, Wednesday my wife reported that they were not prepared to do a proper job. They made her clean up the space where the old water heater sat. They also were not prepared to haul out the old water heater and would have messed up our carpet had my wife not laid down towels to cover the area where they moved the old water heater out. Then to top things off, when I wanted to take a hot shower after working outside this evening, guess what, no hot water.

Based on their past performance I called Lowe's Thursday, to remedy the issue. They made contact with the owner. My wife calls me and said that the owner personally came to fix the issue.

Do not use this company. They came promptly, however what the gentleman explained was vacuuming around my water heater ended up being a $360 charge for 25 minutes of work. I was overcharged and taken advantage of. I called to speak to the owner the following Monday and never got a call back. Horrible business practice and terrible customer service. Will never call them again nor recommend to anybody. On top of that, the gentleman that did come was complaining he had to work...if he's complaining..he shouldnt be working.

Bought a water heater from sears, their technician Quentin was fast an friendly. Also had great customer service setting up an appointment.

Had the guy come in to replace a water heater and he didn’t clean up after himself, left trash around and broke glass in my driveway which he didn’t clean up. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone DO NOT GO THOUGH THEIR SERVICE!

If you are wanting professionals to come take care of you problem, DO NOT call these guys. I had a plugged up kitchen sink that I tried to unplug myself first, but couldn't reach the clog with my 25ft snake. So we broke down and called these guys. First off, we got an appointment for 3:40. Perfect, I will be off work by then, but they reschedule to 2:30. I wasn't able to leave work so my wife had to….Unpaid. Now my basement if full of stinky nasty black water due to this guys inability to put a bucket down. Although, they did give us a 30 discount, but that won't cover the professional carpet cleaning that we will need(new carpet BTW). You're better off just figuring it out yourself or calling someone else.

I called King's yesterday after the furnace guy told me I had water in my basement.

There office person told me that a tech will out around 4:00. I got a call from the tech not even 30 minutes after getting off the phone with there office and it's was only 2:00. He said he will be to my place in 10 minutes.

He found my water heater to be leaking and the drain in the floor wasn't working. The plumber was able to get my drain open and the water out of the basement.

I thought I was going to have a financial headache paying for a new water heater, then the plumber told me I had two months left on my warranty and all I have to do is pay install. He had the replacement heater delivered and done before 3:00.

I can't thank this young man enough for helping me.

They hold on to your check for a month before cashing it I almost forgot it wasn't cashed this is not good and could have some thinking they have extra money

Never answered the phone or returned voice mail. So much for warranty work.

Disrespectful people unprofessional and don't get the job done correctly

Do not use this company if you want a professional and good plumbing company. We had a stopped drain and they could not fix the problem after multiple visits. Cost us lots of money and no solution. They got very rude when we asked them to come and fix the issue. I don't think they had any idea on what to do so they got rude. Called a different plumber and got problem solved right away. Don't waste your time or money on them.

We called a different plumber who was on vacation and he referred King and Sons to us.

They came while I was asleep after a 13 hour work shift and worked on a clogged kitchen sink for an hour. My wife was there to observe while they worked.

I believe that they must have seen a woman and thought, hey she wont know any better. After a full hour of trying they were unable to get either of their 2 electric drain snakes past the first bend in the pipe. They left after an hour, drain still clogged, telling my wife that it would be another $300-$400 to cut a hole in our wall and access the pipe in our basement. They did leave a $140.00 bill for their hour of no accomplishments.

When I got up my wife told me about what they had said. I thought it sounded strange that a standard sink drain pipe would be so difficult to get a snake into. I am a complete armature at all things home improvement but this sounded wrong. I got out my hand crank sink snake that I bought when we got the house and decided to see what the problem was.

In 3 minutes I, a complete armature, was farther into the drain than these professional plumbers. within 20 minutes I had fed my entire hand crank snake into the pipe, cleared the blockage, and reattached the sink to the pipe. FIXED.

These professional plumbers couldn't do that in a hour of work and billed us $140.00 for it. Then they wanted to come back and charge us another $300-$400 to tare up our basement walls to get into the pipes. In all I spent about 25 minutes fixing the whole thing.

These people are absolute predatory crooks!

King and Sons Plumbing installed my system in 2010. Although then no longer service Bellevue, the owner walked me through what to do when I had a gushing outdoor pipe that likely burst. It was water sprinkler related and he still helped me. I haven't had such great service from a company, let alone an owner, who took that much pride in customer service and satisfaction.
