Best Garbage Disposal in Lincoln NE

After using Horizon for years and buying a upkeep package from them they decided they no longer come out here. So the last couple times we used . They show up on time and explain . Will use them from now on.

Chris is an excellent plumber - he's fast and efficient, and always finds a way to fit me into his schedule. I highly recommend him.

All the project was completed in a timely manner and the work tech. was able to overcome some obstacles with parts that were supplied and install all the items for a reasonable price. I would use them again if I have any further plumbing issues. Very courteous and professional.

Called him for help with a chronic plugged shower drain and not only was he able to fix our plugged drain but he also noticed our faucet had a leak. He fixed this as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. I think it says a lot about a company when they go that extra mile to make sure the customer has a safe home.

I asked for an estimate with Costco for a new air system. Not going to lie I was really nervous when John Henry’s was the one that called. I have heard a lot that they are super expensive. Jon came out and went over our system and said I’ll be right back with some estimates, I was surprised that he was going to put estimates together and go over them in just a few minutes. He spent time answering my questions, reworking estimates, and add a new furnace to see what it would be to just replace the whole system at my request. To my surprise it was cheaper than the company we originally were planning on working with. We got our ducts cleaned the day before the install (I feel terrible I can’t remember their names) but they were so nice and explained everything they did. The next day Justin and Sterling came to install the new system. They kept me updated the entire day, when they were leaving to go put together duct work at the shop, turning on the furnace where I would smell burning, and when they were finishing up and could walk me through everything. Needless to say I am just impressed with everyone. Every time someone new came to the house they would introduce themselves and either take off their shoes or put shoe covers on. I can’t get over the level of customer service I experienced during this process. Customer for life.

Don does a great job and is reliable

If you knew me, you would know I have high standards and Icon Plumbing exceeded them. Not only were they able to show up day of when other plumbers left us with a main water shut off valve leaking and couldn't get back out for 5 days, but Icon Plumbing made sure the issue was resolved. On top of actually completing the job we called them out for which others could not, they were nice, and respectful. What do I mean by respectful you ask? Gunther asked before grabbing random towels for cleaning up the water. I didn't notice until I was leaving, but he switched out shoes from muddy ones to clean ones for inside our house. These are things I would think should happen, but with our experience with plumbers over this last week this is not the norm. Keep up the good work Gunther, you have earned us as a customer for life.

Dispatched to my place as soon as I called, were here in minutes. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . Had to have my sewer lines cleaned out of tree roots,and the price was very reasonable. Will def use again if needed.

I got several estimates to replace a bad sewer line from the house to the street. From the first call I they were very professional, gave me a great estimate and a timeline of work to be done. The guys showed up exactly on time and worked for several hours and got the job done. They dug up the old sewer and replaced it with new plastic pipe, and in the process kept my sidewalk in tact, which saved me money. I would definitely recommend Dworak Plumbing.
