Called with a bathtub drain leaking into our basement. He was prompt, friendly and still professional. Best of all, he had our leak fixed faster than we expected, and his fee was very reasonable. Will definitely use Bigfoot Sewer and Drain again when needed!

Our drain by our washer would backup every time the washer would empty out the water. We used our home warranty from AHS and they sent out a guy from Patriot Plumbing and he tried to snake the drain but it didn't work so we setup a new appointment with the same company but different guy. Robert was the new guy and he was fantastic!! He was able fix our issue and he was great to work with!! Would recommend Robert every time!! Thanks again!!

They have always been so nice and helpful with any problem we have arise. The gentleman that has come out to our place is very trustworthy and efficient as well as tidy. I often feel I have a lot of clean up after plumbers leave, and that's not the case with Fast Freddy's. I appreciate their professionalism and punctuality as well as how personable they are. With all the rain last spring, I was getting a lot of water in my basement. I suspected the drain tile was not delivering water to the sump pit. A plumber I trusted suggested calling Bethany Plumbing. I called Bethany Plumbing and Matt came out later that day. He ran a camera through my drain tile and found a low spot where water collected and then entered the house rather than making its way to the sump pit. Replacing drain tile is expensive. Matt suggested a number of things I could easily do myself to get the water out and keep it out until I am ready to have the drain tile replaced. He also recommended a company to replace the drain tile. I did the things Matt suggested and my basement has been dry even though we've had a lot of rain recently.

Throughout the process, I texted Matt several times with questions. He promptly responded with helpful answers even though he was not getting paid for his time and expertise.

I had a really good experience with Bethany Plumbing and will recommend them to others. Matt was prompt and on-time. He expertly diagnosed the problem and then provided advice for fixing the problem. Finally, his bill was lower than I expected.

Brian and helper(didn’t catch his name) were spectacular! They helped me just moved into my home didn’t know anything. They explained everything gave me great tips and cleaned up everything! Will use them every time!

Called in for service., Never got called back. Wasted 5 hours of my day. Call multiple times and still no response. Will not recommend This company to anyone!!!

I called because my second floor bathroom wasn't draining, they came and told me it was the main sewer line, they cleaned it and said that will fix the issue, unfortunately that didn't fix the second floor but it save me from having water damage on my basement due to sewer backup. Mark The owner of Roto Rooter called me to apologize for the inconvenience he was very professional and friendly.
