Kyle was one of the most knowledgeable plumbing technicians I've ever worked with. Everyone else insisted on just putting in a new WH but I knew it was only the gas valve and Kyle diagnosed and concurred. After sourcing one he installed it and it works perfect saving me over $1,000. Dauenhaurer may not have made as much on this repair job as installing a new WH, but they gained a customer for life and will make that up and more just on the word of mouth as I intend to tell my friends and neighbors that they are the ONLY service to use when it comes to plumbing and HVAC. Kudos to Kyle and I hope Dauenhauer hangs on to him for a long time. Super pleased with Dauenhauer!

Replaced my water heater great job

Tim replaced a water heater for us. Did a great job and finished within a day.

Nathan was very personable and experienced. He asked and answered several questions and we learned more about our system than we ever knew. Today, after an absolute disaster created by DAUENHAUER PLUMBING, I met Master Plumber (of 68 years via family plumbing expertise) Mr. David Wiseman.

Serious, dedicated and so polite. Fixed the messes the young buck from Dauenhauer left us to cope with for five days! Then replaced the Faucet we asked DH to deal with. All this done at a cost at least half if not more the cost the inexperienced company folks at Dauenhauer were going to charge.

ONE WISE PERSON TO CALL ABOUT YOUR NEXT (small to medium sized job for sure) IS Mr. DAVID WISEMAN - SUPER PLUMBER TODAY IN MY EYES.

My experience with Spencer was full of positives. From the prompt responsiveness to the clear communications he was amazing!

Team did not reinstall our laundry drain properly after they disconnected it to drain the old hot water tank before removing it. Doing laundry the first time since their visit heard an odd noise ran to our laundry on 2nd floor to see a flooded room. Tried to call their line and was told well what do you want me to do but no help offered. Cleaned all day, friends brought over fans, and having damaged assessed in multiple rooms and ceilings from this mess created due to a careless mistake. They also did not wear shoe covers if the house and new carpet was stained after they left that I had to clean which is now soaked. Not a winner in my books!
Their rates for a new gas hot water tank are also above market research so poor service and uncompetitive rates = would not recommend.
