Jacob was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in detail that he was doing. He also discovered that my water pressure was way too high and installed a pressure gauge, which I was very thankful he discovered. He took his time and the most important thing is that he cleaned everything up as though he had never been working in my home.Super efficient! Highly recommend.

Gas hot water heat was out during the Thanksgiving weekend. Called and they were able to come out on the same Saturday in a pouring rain and replace the water heater. Great job to Mark Mitchell! Gentlemen knew what they were doing and took the time to explain how to relight the pilot flight and the functionality of the new water heater. Would definitely call them again!

Derek, the manager of the shop called me back before they opened. He got me scheduled right away. The technician showed up on time, two hours after I made my initial call. Ethan was finished in a timely manner getting our water heater replaced. He cleaned his work, went over the scope of what he did, and thoroughly checked to make sure work was done correctly. This was my first experience with PSI and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Tim. Called him early in the morning and he dropped by a couple hours later and had my water heater running again in no time. Reasonable pricing and great service. He even called me the same evening to make sure things were still working properly. Definitely recommended!

When Others WRECK IT ALL - WHO YA GONNA CALL?

Today, after an absolute disaster created by DAUENHAUER PLUMBING, I met Master Plumber (of 68 years via family plumbing expertise) Mr. David Wiseman.

Serious, dedicated and so polite. Fixed the messes the young buck from Dauenhauer left us to cope with for five days! Then replaced the Faucet we asked DH to deal with. All this done at a cost at least half if not more the cost the inexperienced company folks at Dauenhauer were going to charge.

ONE WISE PERSON TO CALL ABOUT YOUR NEXT (small to medium sized job for sure) IS Mr. DAVID WISEMAN - SUPER PLUMBER TODAY IN MY EYES.

Tech (Brent) called me from Lexington to tell me he was leaving his shop and would arrive in about 45 min. He was on time. We talked for a bit and he told me he had called the tech from yesterday, we discussed it and he got right to work. He went under the house and then came out and got his tools and supplies. Everything went as discussed and after testing the water line, I paid him. Job well done!!!!

They do excellent plumbing. The problem is they don't show up. You have an appointment and have put the time aside to be there. They just don't come and when I called their business mail box is 'full.' No way to leave a message, no follow up from them, nothing. Hate to lose such good plumbers but can't do this anymore. This has happened twice.
